Privacy Policy
We take the information you share with us seriously. This policy explains what XOXO Management (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you apply through this website, we collect:
- a first name or alias (you don’t need to give your legal name);
- your email address and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number or Telegram username;
- the service you’re interested in and where you’re starting from;
- an existing creator handle, if you choose to share one;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your marketing preference;
- how you found us: the page you first arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
If you start the application but don’t finish it, we keep the answers you selected so far (never contact details) so we can see where the form could be clearer.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- to review your application and reply to you through the channel you chose;
- to prepare for and hold your intro call;
- to send occasional creator tips, only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
We do not sell your personal information, and we never contact you through any channel you didn’t choose.
Who can see it
Access is limited to the small team that reviews applications. We use trusted service providers to store and process applications on our behalf: Webrocket, which manages our enquiries, and our website host. They may only use it to provide services to us. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
If you don’t go ahead with us, we delete your application within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, we keep what we need to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@xoxo.management. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll work to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
